How do I lose the fat from my face?
This is a common question ... fortunately I've worked with dozens of clients who experienced just what you are looking for. To lean out in the face requires a few steps.
- First, losing weight overall ... this may seem obvious, but there is no "exercise" for your face or way to target the fat there. When you lose body fat, the last to go is typically your stomach and your face. Once you reach low body fat, your face can lean out. For example, I started at 245 pounds. It took reaching 180 or less for my face to lean out.
- Allergies can cause a puffy face. I've known people who get extremely lean and still have that. The most common culprit is dairy products. It's easy to see if this is the case, just cut out dairy for 4 weeks. You should notice a major difference ... if you don't, you're not allergic at all (a lot more people are allergic to dairy than you might think, and don't even realize it ... not all allergies involve pain or hives, sometimes the symptoms are a light stuffy nose and bloated face). Other common allergies are the gluten in certain wheat products and proteins. Find out what you are allergic to, eliminate it, and you may be surprised to see your face lean out.
