How can I get a six-pack if I eat a lot of carbohydrates?

9 times out of 10 the reason people don't see their abs has nothing to do with doing crunches and everything to do with a layer of fat obscuring them. I've had people get a six pack without ever doing a single abdominal exercise, and I know a lot of people who do crunches all day long and don't see their abs.

You can get abs eating carbs. It is a myth that carbs keep you from losing fat ... that's great marketing for low carb diets and books but the fact is calories is what counts. I know because I shredded down to a six-pack eating an average of 300 grams of carbs per day and have the pictures to prove it.

So what's the solution?

You need to find a time during the year when you can better manage your nutrition and restrict calories to shed fat. Once you shed the fat, you should see the six-pack underneath.
