What's the best way to measure fat - calipers or a scale?
My bio-electric impedance scale always shows me 5 to 10 percent higher than I actually am. In fact, once I get below 10%, it stops registering any changes.
They are great scales for weighing. The body fat feature? Good for seeing the general trend, but there are too many factors that impact bio-electric impedance to allow accuracy or even precision.
A better solution is to read Measure Your Success which includes a body fat calculator that doesn't require a scale or calipers!
